We exist to bring discipline to one of India's most consequential conversations.
The conversation between the founders building the next decade of Indian companies — and the institutional capital that will fund their growth, their listings, and their long-term shareholder registers.
Why IPOFEVER exists.
India is producing a generation of category-defining private companies. The capital that should fund them is abundant. But the architecture connecting the two — the rooms where serious conversations happen, the structures that hold across jurisdictions, the discipline that institutional investors expect — remains thin and fragmented.
Founders typically engage one firm for advisory, another for debt, a third for equity, a fourth for media and a fifth for investor introductions. The result is friction at every interface and a working week spent coordinating five conversations that should have been one.
Ipofever was built to close that gap. The firm operates as an integrated platform — advisory practice, regulated investment vehicles, lending capacity and a curated investor network — under one roof, with one point of accountability, run by senior principals who do the work themselves.

How we think about work.
Built to support growth at every stage.
Ipofever operates four in-house pillars, each owned and operated by the firm. Together they cover the full capital lifecycle — from working capital and growth equity through to advisory and investor convening.
Fiscaltown
Our SEBI-registered Category II AIF. Deploys growth capital into high-potential startups and SMEs across India, with each investment selected against a long-term thesis and aligned to the company's eventual IPO pathway.
Bhadani Finance
Our RBI-registered NBFC, with twenty-seven years of operating history in Indian credit markets. Provides structured debt, working capital lines, bridge financing and invoice discounting to companies for whom equity is too expensive or premature.
In-house Investment Vehicles
Dedicated venture capital and family office platforms backing scalable enterprises with strategic equity participation and long-duration capital, complementing the AIF's deployment range.
Strategic Convening Platform
An in-house media presence, private investor circles, the perspectives series and the Private Boardroom — the connective tissue of the platform that surfaces opportunities and connects businesses with the right capital.
LEADERSHIP
Where strategy, capital and structure converge.
The firm is led by three principals. Strategy sets the thesis. Capital structures the deal. Law protects the outcome. Each principal anchors one of these functions and is personally responsible for the work conducted within it — across every pillar of the ecosystem.
